Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly. Include clear photos when possible so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. You will not be responsible for necessary return shipping costs for a confirmed faulty or incorrect item.

Change of mind and sizing
Our products are made to order. We do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or color preference, except where required by applicable law. Please review the product description and size guide before ordering.

EU cancellation rights
If your order is delivered to the European Union and qualifies for the statutory right of withdrawal, you may cancel without giving a reason by notifying us within 14 days after delivery. Standard designs printed after ordering are not automatically excluded from this right.

After notifying us, you must send the goods back within 14 days. You are responsible for the direct return shipping costs for a change-of-mind withdrawal. You may inspect the goods as you would in a store; deductions may apply for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to assess them.

For a qualifying withdrawal, we will refund the purchase price and the applicable standard outbound delivery charge. Any extra cost for premium delivery is excluded. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of your cancellation notice, although we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Return instructions
Please contact us for the correct return address before sending an item back. The return location may vary by order. Contacting us for instructions does not limit your statutory cancellation rights.

Refund method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including rights relating to faulty goods and any mandatory cancellation or return rights in your country.
